The EJ Whitten Foundation has expressed its desire to join forces with Friends-R-4.
Since its inception in 1995 to commemorate the memory of E.J. Whitten, the E.J. Whitten Foundation has raised in excess of $3 million for prostate cancer research and awareness through its fundraising activities and campaigns.
More importantly, it has made many Australian men more aware of prostate cancer and potentially helped save many lives.
As part of their AFL Grand Final Week celebrations and with the generous support of the ETU, the E.J. Whitten Foundation will host its annual Brownlow Medal Dinner at the Hilton on the Park on Monday, 21 September featuring live telecast of the 2009 Brownlow Medal count, sumptuous gourmet food, fine wines and ales, guest speakers, footy panel, auction and major raffle and a whole range of fun and entertainment.
